For a beautiful Kensington apartment Katherine and her team were briefed to design a bespoke cabinet that would include multiple roles for the home; living room storage and display during the day whilst in the evening transforming into a drinks cabinet with elegant storage for a record player, amplifier and speakers. Vertical slatted sliding doors were created to allow both these functions in one joinery piece. When the slatted doors are opened it reveals the marble bar top, antique mirror back and vertical lighting detail that work together to emphasise the details of the display.

The lighting design was carefully considered to allow the cabinet to be lit perfectly for every time of the day.  It was a great joy to find the beautiful off-cut piece of Grey Marquina marble for the bar interior.
