1.Client Brief

First we visit you at your property or meet virtually to discuss your brief. We love to understand what you are working towards for your home, your lifestyle and your specific individual requirements. We aim to develop and build your brief collaboratively taking you through the process step by step.

2.Concept Design

‘Good design takes time’

With the brief and budget agreed we then visit to measure your home or work from existing architects drawings and begin the concept design. We rigorously research, analyse and sketch to create a design that goes beyond your expectations. We produce full and comprehensive fabric and finishes boards, general arrangement plans and elevations and reference boards to present to you at a concept design meeting for all aspects of your home. Throughout the process we will provide you with a transparent estimate of costs for your approval.

3.Detailed Design

‘The joy is in the detail’

Once the concept design is approved by you, we move onto the detailed and technical design, a crucial step for further developing the design and schemes. In consultation with architects, mechanical engineers, lighting designers, specialist joiners and furniture makers we produce comprehensive detailed design drawings and schedules for joinery, furniture, flooring, lighting and bathrooms. These drawings are created for tender purposes and allow the contractors and suppliers to understand the design intent.

4.Construction & Procurement

‘Quality is Key’

At the construction stage we visit your home to ensure the designer’s intent drawings are being met and that all finishes match those approved by you. At this stage we manage the procurement for all furniture, window treatments and fabrics from start to finish, liaising with suppliers, placing orders, arranging delivery, continually checking quality and design. This is where we put in time and effort to ensure the end product meets the highest standards and that the budget and timelines are adhered to. This comprehensive service aims to save our clients from this critical, time consuming and sometimes stressful stage of a project.

5.Installation

‘The exciting reveal’

We oversee and quality control all aspects of the installation using our tried and tested suppliers, delivery companies and contractors. We take time to ensure all is delivered correctly and all discrepancies are rectified in a timely manner. Artwork and mirrors are hung, furniture positioned and styled and your home is ready for you to enjoy.

6.Beyond
